What is ALS?

YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE FIGHT AGAINST ALS.

Charitable giving helps bring positive change to medical research and patient care. In both of these venues, progress requires funding for people to generate the ideas and do the work, and for materials and equipment that are essential for accomplishing our goals. Success very much depends on the generosity and support of our many donors.

Donations go toward projects that will help improve the health and lives of those patients served by the Emory ALS Center, and potentially ALS patients around the world. There are many ways to help, whether it be with your time, your money, or your passion for the cause. Thank you for your interest in supporting the efforts of The Emory ALS Center at The Emory School of Medicine to “Celebrate Life, Imagine a Cure.”

Your contribution to patient care and research provides opportunities to spread hope and fight ALS. To make an online gift to The Emory ALS Center at Emory School of Medicine, click here. Choose “Neurology” and “School of Medicine” from the drop-down windows, then type ALS Center into the “Other Designation” field.

Or you can call Leigh Hurt in the Office of Development at 404-712-9049 to discuss a gift to the Emory ALS Center.
